QRA10M.C detects flames based on UV radiation in the 190–270 nm spectral range and does not respond falsely to the thermal glow of high-temperature refractory materials inside the furnace. The detector is used in high-temperature environments such as boilers and industrial heating systems.

Gas-fired boilers, oil-fired boilers, hot water boilers, and steam boilers. The detector monitors the main burner flame and quickly provides a feedback signal when the flame goes out, allowing the fuel supply to be shut off.

2. Industrial Heating Furnaces and Heat Treatment Furnaces

Annealing furnaces, quenching furnaces, tempering furnaces, forging heating furnaces, and bogie hearth furnaces. High-temperature refractory bricks inside the furnace may produce a red-hot thermal glow. QRA10M.C is not affected by thermal glow, helping prevent false flame signals.

3. Hot Air Furnaces and Drying Equipment

Gas-fired hot air generators, drying kilns, and coating drying lines. Suitable for flame monitoring of oil and gas burners.

4. Incinerators

Waste liquid incinerators, waste gas incinerators, and small solid waste incineration equipment equipped with gas/oil auxiliary burners. Used to monitor pilot flames and main flames.

5. Gas and Oil Burner Package Equipment

Various imported and domestic industrial burners. Suitable for use with Siemens LME, LFS, and LMV series combustion controllers. Some models require AGK30/AGQ1 adapters.
