Overview

The TM221CE24R belongs to Schneider Electric’s Modicon M221 series small programmable logic controllers (PLC). This controller is a micro integrated PLC. The complete unit is equipped with 24 I/O points as standard (14 digital inputs + 10 relay outputs). The body features an Ethernet port, serial port, and USB programming port, and can be quickly programmed and developed with SoMachine Basic programming software.

Multi-Communication Networking Capability

The TM221CE24R is equipped with Ethernet + RS485/RS232 dual communication links. The Ethernet interface can be connected to the factory local area network to achieve multi-PLC networking and communication with upper-level computers.

Convenient Program Maintenance

The TM221CE24R features a built-in Run/Stop physical switch, allowing equipment start and stop operations on-site without the need for a computer.

The SD card supports one-click program backup, copying, and migration. When producing equipment in batches, programs can be quickly replicated.

Expansion Configuration

The TM221CE24R supports TM3 series I/O expansion modules. When the original 24 I/O points are insufficient, additional modules can be connected externally to expand digital and analog I/O points, enabling distributed I/O layout and upgrading from small standalone machine control to a multi-station control system.
