Overview:
Fluke 754 Documenting Process Calibrator-HART, the Fluke 754 HART-enabled documenting multifunction process calibrator, belongs to the Fluke 750 Series. Based on all the capabilities of the Fluke 753, it adds native HART communication, eliminating the need for an additional standalone HART communicator. It can perform routine HART smart transmitter commissioning, process signal sourcing/measuring, and automatic calibration documentation and archiving, meeting compliance record-keeping requirements under systems such as ISO 9000, FDA, EPA, and OSHA.
Core difference from the 753: The 753 does not support HART communication, while the 754 has a built-in complete HART protocol link layer and supports multi-master, Burst, and Multi-drop configuration.
Core Advantages:
Multiple Signal Sourcing / Simulation + Measurement: Fluke 754 can measure AC/DC voltage, thermocouples, and RTDs, and can be used with Fluke 750P Series pressure modules.
Built-in HART Communication (Core Advantage): Fluke 754 supports mainstream HART transmitters and device-specific commands. It can read and write device tags, modify range and damping, perform Sensor Trim, Output Trim, loop tests, zero adjustments, and other routine maintenance tasks.
Automatic Record Keeping: Fluke 754 can download calibration procedures / task lists from PC-based calibration management software to the instrument. After calibration is completed, the results can be uploaded for archiving, printing, and analysis.
