Keyence LR-ZB250CP Built-in Amplifier Type CMOS Laser Sensor

Overview:

KEYENCE LR-ZB250CP is an integrated CMOS laser photoelectric sensor. The sensor is equipped with an M8 connector, square housing, and PNP transistor output type. The detection distance range is 35 to 250 mm, and the sensor features a 660 nm Class 1 red safety laser.

The housing of LR-ZB250CP is made of SUS316L stainless steel. The sensor is equipped with one-touch teaching, a three-digit display, and U.C.D. detection algorithm. LR-ZB250CP is mainly used for object presence detection, positioning, and counting in industrial material detection applications only. It is strictly prohibited for human protection applications and explosion-proof environments.

U.C.D. Function Detection:

LR-ZB250CP identifies objects by simultaneously detecting changes in the distance to the object and the received light intensity. LR-ZB250CP can detect transparent, metallic, dark-colored, or complex-shaped objects that are difficult for conventional sensors to handle.

Quick Setting:

LR-ZB250CP enables sensitivity setting and status monitoring through the one-touch teach button on the sensor body and the clear 3-digit 7-segment display.

Laser Safety:

LR-ZB250CP uses a semiconductor laser. Do not disassemble the sensor or stare directly into the laser beam or specular reflection light to avoid potential damage to the eyes or skin.
