Honeywell R7861A1026 Ultraviolet Flame Amplifier

📌Overview

Honeywell R7861A1026 is a ultraviolet flame amplifier, which is a solid-state plug-in amplifier. The amplifier is used together with the C7061 self-check ultraviolet flame detector and determines whether a flame is present by responding to the ultraviolet signal transmitted by the detector. The amplifier must be used together with a 7800 SERIES relay module.

In addition, Honeywell's Flame Amplifiers series consists of solid-state plug-in amplifiers used to respond to the rectified signal transmitted by rectification-type flame detectors to indicate the presence of a flame. These amplifiers can be used together with 7800 SERIES and R7140 relay modules.

Flame Detection：R7861A1026 receives the ultraviolet signal from the C7061 ultraviolet flame detector to determine whether a flame is present.

Flame Signal Detection：R7861A1026 is equipped with a flame signal test jack, which can be used to directly measure the flame signal voltage of the amplifier.

Flame Failure Response Time：The flame failure response time can be selected as 0.8 s / 1 s or 2.0 s / 3.0 s, and is determined jointly by the R7861A1026 and the corresponding relay module.

Usage Precautions ⚠️

1. R7861A1026 must be used with the C7061 self-check ultraviolet flame detector and cannot be used with ordinary ultraviolet flame detectors, such as C7027.
2. R7861A1026 is only compatible with 7800 Series relay modules and cannot be arbitrarily used with other series.
3. A single R7861A1026 can be connected in parallel with a maximum of two C7061 detectors. The quantity must not be exceeded. For multiple burners, each detector should monitor the flame of the corresponding burner only.
4. This model is purple = ultraviolet self-check type. Do not interchange it with the green rectification-type or red/white infrared flame amplifiers.
