Tensioner

The tensioner is a tensioning device for belt transmission. When the center distance of the belt cannot be adjusted, the tensioner can be used to tighten the belt. The tensioner is a follower wheel that presses on the belt to change the wrap angle of the pulley or control the tension of the belt. It is a tensioning device for belt transmission.
The pulley is driven by friction. During installation, the belt must be tensioned. However, after working for a period of time, it becomes stretched and loose, and is prone to slipping, so it must be re-tensioned. If the center distance between the two drive pulleys cannot be adjusted, a tensioner must be used to ensure normal transmission without slipping. [1] The tensioner uses a spring or oil pressure to generate a force to tighten the belt so that the belt can be pressed against the working pulley with appropriate pressure.
