How we inspect your products
General inspection
<p class="mb-24 subtitle">Whether you’re on our <strong class="font-nor-color">Pro</strong> or <strong>Basic</strong> plan, your goods are sent to our warehouse for a free general inspection. We follow Level II, AQL 2.5 standards, just like other inspection companies.<br><br>For defective products, if you’re using our selected suppliers, we handle quality issues at no additional cost. If you’re using your own suppliers, we can assist in resolving issues, but logistics and travel fees may apply.<br><br>For custom inspection solutions or a lower defect rate, please contact our agent for details on any additional fees.</p>
