FAQ

CPG:It is applicable to inkjet printers. Dye-based ink is recommended; pigment ink is not suggested, as it may cause poor ink absorption.

2. Is your photo paper / self-adhesive paper compatible?

CPG:Our photo paper and self-adhesive paper fit regular inkjet printers. Since there are numerous printer models on the market, we cannot check compatibility one by one. Please refer to your printer manual; if it supports photo paper and self-adhesive media, it can work normally.

3.What main products does your company run?

CPG:We are an integrated industry and trade company with our own factory. We mainly manufacture and export paper products, including more than ten categories such as thermal paper, label paper, photo paper and self-adhesive paper. You may refer to our product catalog. We have complete production lines and a strict quality control system, and support custom production by sample as well as OEM private labeling.

4.What customization services do you provide?

CPG:We offer custom services on size, printing, packaging and functional coating, as well as OEM/ODM private labeling. We can adjust products flexibly according to your requirements.

5.Do you provide free samples?

CPG:We can offer a number of free samples for standard sizes. (Samples are free of charge, while freight is borne by the customer, negotiable based on customer situation.)Special non-standard products need customized production, and fees will be charged according to actual specifications and requirements.

6.Can you arrange export logistics and provide customs clearance documents?

CPG:Yes. We can arrange export logistics including sea freight, air freight and express delivery, and provide a full set of customs clearance documents (invoice, packing list, bill of lading, certificate of origin, etc.). You may also appoint your own freight forwarder.
