BYJ70/35FQ no-kiling operation device newly developed by the company is a truck-mounted short-strokedynamically sealed hydraulic device applying to the conditions that the depth of casing string is not deeper than2,500m (oil tube),and theinlet pressure is not more than 35MPa.

Integral installation and transportation design is adoptedfor convenient moving, small dismounting workload, andhigh working efficiency;

Fully manual hydraulic control system and dual-hydraulic-cylinder trip of oil string can achieve steplessregulation; during a trip, the string can be stopped andlocked at any position by simple, safe and reliableoperation; differential motion can be realized in case of arelatively light cylinder load to accelerate hoisting speedof cylinder and improve working efficiency;The ring-type BOP adopts specially-made tubular rubberas the main sealing of no-killing operation device due toits small frictional resistance against string andavailability for the passage of more string connectors;The hydraulic system is controlled either remotely orlocally, and can achieve emergency brake and well shut-in at any position, so the safety performance is very high.
