TECHNICAL FEATURES

The derrick and the bracket are transport vertically as a whole. The shaft assembly can turn 90. making itpossible for the drilling rig to move vertically and horizontally.When the derrick and the bracket are transported vertically as a whole, tilt meter has been designed for thetransportation in displaying inclination degree and making alarm when the inclination degree exceeds the set value;The derrick is equipped with crown block, traveling block, driling wire rope, top drive device, and etc. Whichcan be transported as a whole so as to saving assembling and disassemblingtime;

Two sets of F_1600 mud pumps and cable bridge are transportedas a whole;

Power system 4 sets of CAT3512C generator set, air supplyroom,15m2 daily oil tank can be transported as a whole;

2 VFD rooms are transported as whole;

All shafts used in transporting system are universal,and rims are in twin webbed structure;

Driller room adopts forced draft system in general;

The bracket is lifted by oil tank;

Zero-emission system is adopted for drilling rig;

Drilling rig applies rigid balancing & four-wheeldragging base.
