5.Q: How do you help with the installation?A: Engineer is available to serve over sea if needed. lt is easy for cus-tomer to install through video calling. What's more, wehave video tutorial for customers. 

6.Q:Can we test our own material by your machine before order?A: Yes, please contact us to send your material. We will test and sendvideo to you. 

7.Q:Can you make dies (molds) of different products for us? A:Yes, we used to do that for customers.
