IS-type single-stage clear water centrifugal pump is suitable for industrial and urban water supply and drainage. It can also be used for agricultural irrigation and drainage and for conveying clear water or other liquids with physical and chemical properties similar to clear water. The temperature is not high than 80°C.

Product features

IS-type single-stage centrifugal pump conforms to national standard GB5662-85 and is equivalent to the marking performance and size specified in international standard ISO2858.

It is mainly composed of pump body, pump cover, impeller, shaft, sealing ring, shaft sleeve and suspension bearing parts. The casing of IS type single stage centrifugal pump (i.e. pump body and pump cover) constitutes the working chamber of the pump. Impeller, shaft and rolling bearing are the rotors of the pump.

The suspension bearing part supports the rotor part of the pump, and the rolling bearing bears the radial force and axial force of the pump.

In order to balance the axial force of the pump, most pumps do not have sealing rings at the front and rear of the impeller, and balancing holes are arranged on the impeller rear cover plate.

Axial seals of clear water centrifugal pumps are in three forms: soft packing seal, mechanical seal and rubber oil seal.

The rotation mode of the clean water centrifugal pump is connected with the motor through an elastic coupling. Seen from the driving end, the pump rotates clockwise.
