PVC coated tarps are DERFLEX most popular products. DERFLEX produce 2 types of PVC coated tarpaulin material for different applications:

1.     Hot-melt coated PVC tarp material: also known as “semi-coated PVC tarpaulin”, The main production process is similar as hot lamination. The polyester fabric goes through the glue pool and laminate PVC films on the double side. The super strong glue makes the PVC film stay firm on the PVC fabric, the peeling strength is very close to knife coated PVC tarpaulin.

2.     Knife coated PVC tarpaulin: The PVC is melted into liquid and sprayed onto the woven polyester fabrics, there is a knife to scrape the liquid PVC on the polyester fabric several times.
