HOW TO USE

Preheat oven to 120°， take insole out off the package.

Remove old insoles,check for proper sizing. out trim-to-fit if neede.

Take insole into the oven, set timer 5-6 minutes.

After heated, Immediately place insole in shoes.

Stand up straight for 2-3 minutes.

After that , the insole is molding Completed

Washing with soap and brush only

Do not dry on a radiator, for a better drying use our shoe dryers.
