ZX-UTC Ultrasonic Taper Tension is a real-time detection of the winding or unwinding roll diameter using an ultrasonic probe. The controller obtains the current roll data and the taper rate set by the user to calculate, and then outputs the corresponding analog signal to Tension actuator (magnetic powder clutch brake, torque motor, etc.) to realize the taper tension detection of the coil. The controller has an external brake signal input, and the brake function can eliminate the large inertia coil and quickly stop the material slack.
