1. What is your MOQ?

Usually our MOQ is based on different shape. But we accept lower quantity for your trial order.

2. Can I get samples?

Sure, we can 2-3pcs each item for free charge if the sample is available.

3. How long is the sample leading time?

We can send out within 1week if you need the sample.

4. How long is the production leading time?

Normally the delivery time is about 30-45days, but sometimes 20days is also ok.If we have stock, can ship within 3days once confirm order.

5. Is it ok if I want my own design?

Yes, we have strong designer team, can design based on your requirement.If you want us to open new mould for your sample is also ok.

6. Which kinds of certificate would you have?

FDA, SGS, BSCI, Interk BV ,etc.

7. What is your payment term?

Our normal payment term is T/T, 30% deposit and 70% balance But if you need other payment terms for example L/C at sight is also acceptable.

8. Did you cooperate with some famous company?
