WAY-CL High Polymer Butyl Self-Adhesive Waterproofing Membrane is a flexible sheet material composed of a high-performance self-adhesive modified bitumen and butyl rubber as the sealing layer. The upper surface is covered with a CL (Cross-Laminated) double-alloy layer film or a removable silicone release film, while the lower surface is covered with a removable silicone release film.

1、The CL Dual-Strong Alloy Laminated Film is characterized by its strong puncture resistance, high tear strength against nail and rod tearing, excellent tear resistance, high elongation, good dimensional stability, strong resistance to ultraviolet rays, and superior low-temperature performance.

2、 The synergy of physical samples and chemical reactions allows the membrane to effectively integrate with the building structure, jointly resisting external environmental influences. The addition of butyl rubber ensures a reliable and durable bond.

3、 When using the wet laying method for construction, there is no need for special treatment of uneven subgrades or the application of a primer. The membrane bonds fully with the building substrate using cement slurry or cement adhesive, offering strong resistance to destruction and excellent waterproofing capabilities, effectively preventing the infiltration of liquid water and water vapor into the structure. The self-adhesive asphalt has a strong plasticity, adapts well to substrate deformations, and meets the requirements of various construction environments.

4、  The product has a good self-healing function, which prevents the occurrence of water seepage. When using the wet laying method, construction can be carried out directly on damp or moist structural concrete substrates, significantly reducing the construction period and saving the construction costs.
