Application Of Titanium Welding Wire
ERTi 12 Titanium Welding Wire is used for welding the reaction kettle, storage acid or alkaline material storage tanks, pressure vessels, crystallizing evaporator, titanium equipment such as aircraft engines and parts.

Different Titanium Welding Wire Properties
Industrial filler metals such as ERTi-1, ERTi-2, ERTi-3 and ERTi-4 are commonly used to weld pure titanium. Among these filler metals, the filler elements increase occasionally from ERTi-1 to ERTi-4.

The filler wire ERTi-5 or 4 is mainly used for welding the sudden "6-4" titanium-6Al-4 alloy, and it is widely used in titanium alloy welding.

The filler metal ERTi-6 is mainly used for welding Ti-5Al-2.5Sn alloy and has good weldability.

The seam metal formed by ERTi, a filler metal, has good physical welding resistance27, and its mechanical properties and performance are similar to ERTi.

The aluminum and vanadium content of ERTi-9 is about the same as that of ERTi-5, so it is also called "semi-6-4" titanium.
