The hot forging Forging process is performed above the recrystallization temperature of metal.

Application
Titanium coils are mainly used in technical fields such as large-scale civil aviation airliners, military aircraft, aerospace vehicles, nuclear submarines, and nuclear power plants. Titanium belts are made of high-quality titanium sponges as raw materials and are produced in coils. The width of the coils usually exceeds 1,000 mm. There are many special uses of titanium coils, mainly including pure titanium wide plates (with a width greater than 1000mm) required by the chemical, metallurgical, and electric power industries, titanium plates for plate heat exchangers, titanium plates for composite plates, and titanium plates for welded pipes. With the development of my country's large aircraft project and the vigorous development of the coastal power station, the amount of titanium strip and coil will increase, especially the cold-rolled titanium strip and coil.
