105C alloy powder is a premium nickel-chromium (NiCr)-based thermal spray powder designed for extreme environments requiring oxidation resistance, high-temperature stability, and wear protection. It is widely used in HVOF (High-Velocity Oxygen Fuel), plasma spray, and laser cladding processes to enhance the durability of industrial components.


Manufacturing Process

105C powder is produced via gas atomization, ensuring:

Low oxygen content (<500 ppm, prevents brittleness)
