Product structure opzv

1. Electrolyte: it is made of fumed silica in Germany. The electrolyte is in gel state and does not flow in the finished battery, so there is no leakage and electrolyte stratification.

2. Plate: the positive plate adopts tubular plate, which can effectively prevent the falling off of living materials. The positive plate framework is made of multi-element alloy by die casting, with good corrosion resistance and long service life. The negative plate is a paste coated plate, with a special grid structure design, which improves the utilization rate of living materials and the discharge capacity of large current, and has a strong charge acceptance ability.

3. Battery shell:ABS material, corrosion-resistant, high strength, beautiful appearance, high sealing reliability with cover, no potential leakage risk.

4. Safety valve: special safety valve structure, appropriate opening and closing valve pressure, reduce the loss of water, and avoid the expansion, rupture of battery shell and electrolyte drying.

5. Diaphragm: adopt the special microporous pvc-sio2 diaphragm imported by amer-sil company in Europe, with high porosity and low resistance.

6. Terminal: the copper core lead base pole embedded in it has greater current carrying capacity and corrosion resistance.
