BRIEF INTRODUCTION
Prestressed steel strand(PC strand) is a stranded steel cable composed of 2, 3, 7 or more high-strength cold drawn smooth steel wires, which is subject to stress relief treatment (i.e. stabilization ). Generally, high carbon steel 82B wire rod is used as raw material, which is cold drawn into steel wire after pickling surface treatment, and then a certain number of steel wires are twisted into strands according to the steel strand structure, and then stabilized through stress relief.
Prestressed steel strand are mainly used in the fields of expressways, railway bridges, airports, long-span building beams and slabs, stadiums and gymnasiums, mine support, LNG natural gas liquid storage tank, wind power generation foundation, photovoltaic power generation support, offshore wind power platform, foundation support, mountain support, etc.
In December, 2021, we passed the ISO9001:2015 quality management system certification, ISO14001:2015 environmental management system certification and
ISO45001:2018 occupational health and safety management certification of Noah group. The quality control work has been carried out throughout the whole process of product production process preparation, manufacturing, inspection, transportation and after-sales service, and all kinds of products have obtained corresponding qualification certification.
