Forged crane wheels are widely used in double beam cranes, metallurgical cranes, gantry cranes, etc. Crane wheels are forged, cooled, machined, and then quenched and tempered to a hardness of HB330-380. The quenched and tempered crane wheels are more wear-resistant and have a longer service life. Forged crane wheels can be customized according to customer requirements, with a diameter of Φ 200mm- Φ 1500mm.

Crane wheels are an important component of the crane's operating parts, used to support the important transmission device of the crane's cart and trolley. Crane wheels are divided into Steel Forging crane wheels and cast crane wheels. Forged crane wheels are made of 42CRMO or 65mn steel billets heated at high temperatures and forged, making them more wear-resistant and have a longer service life.
