Product Introduction
Ultra-high performance concrete (UHPC for short) refers to a kind of concrete with super strong mechanical properties and compressive strength above 120MPa (up to 200MPa). At the same time, UHPC also has high toughness, ultra-high durability and excellent pouring and molding properties. UHPC usually uses high-strength and tough materials such as ordinary Portland cement, silica fume, quartz powder, fine silica sand, high-efficiency water reducer, stabilizer, water, steel, carbon fiber or organic fiber as raw materials.
UHPC Special Stabilizer is a special admixture that can competitively adsorb and disperse ultrafine powder, reduce concrete viscosity, stabilize UHPC fluidity and retention, and ensure that UHPC has a good state and product surface finish. It can keep UHPC in a good state for more than 2 hours, solve the problem of excessive loss of concrete fluidity caused by ultrafine powder, and keep UHPC concrete in a good stable state.
UHPC Special Polycarboxylate Superplasticizer (powder) has high water reduction rate and high fluidity. The water reduction rate of cement mortar is as high as 30% or more. It is an admixture used in conjunction with UHPC.
