Q1:What’s your payment terms?
A1:We accepted almost all payment terms, like T/T, L/C, D/A, D/P, O/A, etc.
Q2: OEM Service
A1: Firstly, we could print your logo on the outer panel case. Also, we could offer you a special discount if your quantity is large (to 500pcs or so).
Q3: Life cycle
A3: output power is not less than 90% within 10 years and more than 80% within 25 years.
Q4: What certificates do you pass?
A4: Our solar modules have passed many certificates like TUV, CE, ROHS, ISO, IECetc.
Q5: How long is your delivery time?
A5:Usually, it needs 15 days from material preparation to products completed, but since we have many samples in stock, we could send out the bulk within 3-5 days if you need urgently.
