SMALL CHOCOLATE ENROBING MACHINE
This equipment is special designed base on Italy and UK chocolate processing and handling technology in lab scale application. All machines are made of SUS304. It is used for making good quality pure or compound chocolate enrobing. It can be fixed on the CJXZ15&08 chocolate moulding machine or remove for washing very easily.
Main Specifications:
Wire mesh width: 200mm(About 70-100pcs/min) Speed：2m per minute（speed adjustable）

It can produce many kinds of chocolate, like plane chocolate, ball chocolate, hollow chocolate, with filling etc., easy to operate.
When melt the chocolate chips, and come up to the temperature that you need, and chocolate chips melt completely, and then turn on the switch of rotary, the melting chocolate will come out from hopper and go to the chocolate molds. Using draw knife to raze excess chocolate that is on the mold edge. And then put the mold with chocolate on the table (or CJXZ30 and CJXZ60 has a vibration table), cooling and de-molding.
It is the best choice for Family workshop or DIY.
