Self-synchronous linear vibrating screen
The motor of the drive mechanism is connected to the power to rotate, and the belt drive mechanism speed regulation transmits the driving force to the main drive shaft through the countershaft to drive the exciter to operate to produce a linear vibration force. The direction of the excitation force is at an angle of 45° from the horizontal. The linear vibration force continuously acts on the screen body, causing the screen body to vibrate on the buffer spring. At the same time, the buffer spring reduces the dynamic load of the screen body on the support foundation of the screen machine. The screen body drives the screen surface to vibrate synchronously, passing the force to the material on the screen, the impact material is thrown up on the screen surface and the material is continuously layered and graded through the screen according to the prescribed particle size from the feeding chute to the receiving plate. Buffer input, screening treatment is carried out through the screen surface, the lower part of the screen is discharged into the lower part of the screen chute, and the upper part of the screen is discharged into the discharge chute.
