Craftsmanship:

Tungsten crucibles have different production processes according to different dimensions and usage conditions. Common crucible shapes include round, square, long, V-shaped, etc. The production processes include sintering forming, welding forming, stamping forming, and spinning forming, among which sintering forming products are the most widely used. For micro and small tungsten crucibles, forged tungsten rods can be turned or stamped. The tungsten plate welding process uses rolled tungsten plates to be hot-bent and finally fixed by welding. Spin forming is suitable for producing thin-walled tungsten crucibles and has high process requirements.
