Product Features:
1、Water-based product, It is a cold-applied, environmentally friendly product.
2、Anionic emulsification system: Protects the alkaline environment of cement concrete, effectively reducing the risk of corrosion of steel reinforcement within the concrete.
3、Good infiltration on the substrate: It has high adhesive strength, and the surface does not become sticky after the coating dries.
4、High-temperature resistance: It can withstand temperatures above 140°C, has good high-temperature shear resistance, and can endure the thermal shock of asphalt concrete during paving without bubbling.
5、High elasticity and tensile strength: Adapts to structural deformation under dynamic loads.
6、High solid content and fast drying: Improves construction speed and ensures waterproof quality.
7、Application methods: Suitable for spraying and rolling application, resulting in a waterproof layer without seams.
How to Use:
Reference Consumption: For a 1.0mm thick coating, the approximate usage is 1.8 to 2.0 kg/m².
Construction Process: Subgrade treatment → Waterproof coating application → Subsequent construction.
Construction Key Points:
1、Subgrade treatment: The subgrade must be solid and firm, with a smooth, dry surface free from sanding, floating mortar, and obvious water stains. The corners should be rounded. Thoroughly remove debris, dust, and oil before the waterproof coating is applied.
2、Waterproof coating application: Apply using spraying or rolling methods. The application should be done in layers and strokes, preferably 2 to 3 times. Each subsequent layer should be applied perpendicular to the previous one and after the previous layer has fully cured, with a general interval time of 2 to 3 hours, depending on the ambient temperature.
Precautions:
1、For better results, perform a regular and uniform roughening treatment on the concrete surface before the final set of the bridge slab concrete.
2、Waterproof layer construction should only proceed when the bridge slab concrete strength has reached at least 70% of the designed strength.
3、Waterproofing of bridge expansion joints, crash wall expansion joints, bridge drainage outlets, etc., should be handled separately according to the bridge structure waterproof design.
4、The suitable construction temperature is between 5°C and 35°C. Do not construct if the temperature is below 5°C or if rain is expected within 6 hours after construction.
5、Do not allow pedestrian traffic or vehicle traffic on the waterproof layer until it is completely dry to prevent sharp objects from puncturing the layer.
