DCK-40/150 granule automatic packaging machine
Technical features:
· Three-side sealing, continuous packaging.
· Volumetric measuring cup measurement, adjustable metering.
· It can automatically complete the functions of bag making, metering, filling, sealing, slitting, counting, hot pressing batch number and so on.
· Adopt PLC control to drive the stepper motor to control the bag length.
· Adopt intelligent cursor positioning, with automatic photoelectric tracking and rectification function, accurate cutting position, stable performance and convenient adjustment.
· With fault alarm function, the fault is automatically displayed on the operation interface for easy maintenance.
· It has the function of self-stop and no-material self-stop.
Scope of application:
· Suitable for packaging of loose, non-sticky granular materials in food, pharmaceutical, chemical and other industries, such as: seasonings, granules, desiccants, tea, salt, sugar, monosodium glutamate, etc.
