Return & Exchange Policy
1.Please contact us within 7days of your receipt of the items if you want to return the items for any reason.
2.All returned items must be in the original packaging and you must provide us with the shipping tracking number, specific reason for the return
3.We will refund you full amount, upon receipt of the item in its original condition and packaging with all components and accessories included.
4.The buyer will be responsible for the shipping fees to return or exchange the items.
5.We are not responsible for any accidents, delays or other issues which are the responsibilities of the shipping service
6.Returned without any notification would not be accepted.
7.No refund after 30 days after receipt goods.

1.Q: How to get a quotation?
A1.Please kindly advise the material, color, quantity ,Product picuture or product link etc and send your email to us or talk to our staff via trade manager.
2.Q:Can we get a sample?
A2.yes, indeed. We offer the sample as free, but the delivery fee has to be paid by customer. We will refund the charge after you placed an order
3.Q:Can you print my logo in product?
A3.Absolutely we can do it as your design. But you should provide the neccesery information (material,size, printing,shape and so on.)
4.Q. What is its lead time for samples and mass production?
A.Within 10 work days for samples and 30 days for mass production.
