Precision injection molding ensures gear accuracy to ISO 1328 Class 8 or better, guaranteeing smooth, synchronized motion. Resistant to water, oils, mild chemicals, and cleaning agents, they never rust and operate from -40°C to +120°C (up to 250°C with PEEK). With 1/7–1/8 the density of steel, they reduce rotational inertia for faster motor response. Noise is reduced by 10–20 dB, creating quieter workspaces. Most grades are lubrication-free—ideal for food, pharma, and cleanrooms—and spark-free for hazardous environments.
