Oval Metal Piping System

The spiral metal pipe of the Nanfeng system adopts galvanized metal plate with 2cm thick B1 grade rubber and plastic insulation material. The flat round pipe has large air volume and small thickness. The minimum pipe diameter is only about 90×256mm. The ventilation is smooth and does not occupy the floor height. European standards, high ventilation efficiency, corrosion resistance, using hot-dip galvanized steel plates from domestic first-line factories such as Baosteel and Ma Steel as the raw material of the air duct, no precipitation, no odor, smooth and silent, safe and healthy, long life, metal pipes can withstand greater wind pressure and are not easy to deform. The pipes are all mechanized by the factory, and the on-site construction personnel install them according to the drawings, eliminating the industry problems of unreasonable airflow organization design and poor equipment effect caused by artificial construction of the pipe, and the installation is quick. In addition, the pipe accessories adopt the seam welding process, the welds are neat, and an oxide film is formed at the welding point, which does not damage the galvanized layer and ensures the service life of the air duct. The pipe accessory port is equipped with a flame-retardant sealing rubber ring, which does not slide or fall off during installation, has a good sealing effect, and a long rubber ring life.
