PRODUCT PRINCIPLE:
Dengue virus is a small yellow virus.It belongs to yellow fever virus and can cause acute infectious disease.Dengue virus can cause a range of symptoms,including life-threatening hemorrhagic shock syndrome and rare encephalopathy associated with liver failure and acute hepatitis.
PERFORMANCE CHARACTERISTICS:
1.The specimens used in the test were confirmed by RT-PCR and /or Viral culture.
2.The comparison results of Dengue NS1/IgG/IgM test cassette voyage with haemagglutination
inhibition(HI) test strowed that SD BIOLING Dengue IgG/IgM test had good correlation with HI test.
3.Preosion;Within-run and between-run precisions been determined by the testing of ten specimens three
times;6 of negative,3 of low positive,3 of medium positive and 3 of strong positive.All values were collectlyidentified 100% of the time.
4.To evaluate the interference of Dengue Duo rapid kit with known relevant interfering specimens,the inercivtion samples,theumatoid factors-contrained samples and lipaemie,icteric samples were investigated
in these studies,those specimens did not interfere with this test kit.
5.Analytical sensitivity:the limit of detection:the smallest amount of the target market that can be precisely detected,have been equal or superior to a leading commercial Dengue NS1 Ag and antibody detection rapid test.
1.Follow the illustration and allow test kit to equilibrate to room temperature for 20-30min prior to testing.
2.Use the dropper,drip one drop(25ul) specimen to the instructions below the arrow and sample place.
3.And meanwhile add two drops(100ul) sample diluent.
4.Wait for 10-20 minutes and read results.Over 20 min,the result is invalid.
