What is Kojic Acid?
Kojic acid which is found in the brewing of soy sauce, bean paste and wine, can be detected in many fermented products fermented by aspergillus.It is a specific melanin inhibitor and kojic acid whitening agent has better tyrosinase inhibitory effect than other whitening agents.It does not act on other biological enzymes in cells and has no toxic effect on cells.
