The heart of the filter valve is the TPE diaphragm
The TPE diaphragm is the key component in any filter valve de- signed to provide short pressure decay times and high kv-values. Service life is 4-5 times longer than that of comparable, conven- tional fabric diaphragms. Our product filter systems eliminate the danger that rubber particles could enter the product. The TPE material used has FDA approval (Food and Drug Administration, USA)
The volume over the diaphragm is mini- mised for extremely fast opening with ideal peak pressures. In conjunction with the high flow rate this achieves very effective cleaning. The similary optimised closing time ensures low air consumption.
