Ne20/1 S 100% Recycled spun Polyester Yarn

Recycled polyester yarn is spun with recycled materials of polyester fabric, waste polyester bottle flakes, spinning waste silk, foam material, pulp block as raw materials, waste bottle flakes are crushed and washed, and the mixture of various materials is dried and melted and extruded. Spinning, winding, bundling, drafting, crimping (at the same time adding different oils when crimping according to customer needs), relaxing and heat setting, and cutting to form polyester staple fibers of different lengths.

According to statistics, the use of l ton waste polyester bottles can produce about 0.98 tons recycled polyester, and 6 tons of oil and 3m3 of landfill space can be saved. Therefore, the recycling of waste plastics and the production and use of recycled polyester are inevitable choices for the development of a circular economy and the construction of a resource-saving society.

Compared with ordinary polyester, recycled polyester has better moisture absorption and air permeability, and can be widely used in the production of sports clothing.

However, recycled polyester has high oil content, high rigidity, and is not as strong and heat resistant as ordinary polyester.
