2.Design:  Wooden veneer moulded door skin: moulded the design on base board, then paste the wood veneer on the board.  Two times press. 3.2mm thickness is the normal .

4. Surface finish: wooden veneer like Teak, Sipele, Oak, Ash, Ep,etc

5.Open style: rolling.

6.delivery time: within 15 days after receiving deposite of T/T or L/C at sight.

2. MOISTURE THE BOARD IN ORDER TO EASY THE MOULDING PROCESSING

3. MOULDING THE BASE MDF BOARD

4.Use glue and put wooden veneer on the moulded raw MDF

5.Second times hot pressing with veneer on

1.LOOSE PACKING.10PCS WITH PLASTIC COVERING.THEN 100PCS WITH METAL BENDING.

2. Wooden pallet package,fram board use 9mm MDF board, with iron strips around the surface. and plastic bags around the door.
