1.Introduction
Matrine is an alkaloid produced by extracting the dried roots, plants, and fruits of the leguminous plant Sophora flavescens with organic solvents such as ethanol. Sophora flavescens is a collective name for all alkaloids of Sophora flavescens (the detection method of Sophora flavescens is the titration method), and its main components include various alkaloids such as matrine, sophoroline, oxysophylline, sophoridine, Matrine and oxymatrine were the highest. Other sources are bitter bean fruit, mountain bean root and the above-ground part of mountain bean root. The pure product looks like white to white powder.
