Working principle
First, the reinforcing materials such as glass fiber roving or fabric are
sorted and arranged through the yarn frame to ensure they are evenly
distributed into the impregnation tank. In the impregnation tank, the
reinforcing material fully impregnates the resin and other matrix materials to
form rubber-containing fiber bundles.
Then, the rubber-containing fiber bundles pass through the preforming mold to
initially form the general shape of the product.
Then, it enters the heated molding mold. Under the action of the mold, the
product is further compacted and shaped. Meanwhile, the resin undergoes a
cross-linking reaction under the influence of heating and the curing agent,
gradually solidifying and taking shape.
Finally, the formed FRP products are pulled out of the mold at a constant speed
through the traction device, and then cut to the required length by the cutting
device to obtain the final FRP pultruded products.
Structural composition
Yarn feeding system: It includes yarn frames and tension control devices. The
yarn rack is used to place the glass fiber yarn balls to ensure that the yarn
can enter the subsequent processes in an orderly manner. The tension control
device can apply appropriate tension to the glass fibers to ensure that the
fibers are evenly distributed during the impregnation and molding processes,
and have a certain preload force to improve the performance of the products.
Impregnation system: Composed of impregnation tank and stirring device, etc.
The impregnation tank is used to hold resin and other adhesive solutions. The
stirring device can keep the adhesive solution uniform, prevent sedimentation
and stratification, and ensure that the glass fibers can be fully impregnated
with the adhesive solution to achieve a good bonding effect.
Forming system: Mainly includes preforming molds and forming molds. The
preforming mold initially shapes the fiber bundles after impregnation to
approach the shape of the final product, reducing the burden on the forming
mold. The forming mold is a key component. It has precise dimensions and
shapes. Through heating and pressurization, the product is finally solidified
and formed. The quality and precision of the mold directly affect the
appearance and dimensional accuracy of the product.
Traction system: Composed of a traction machine and a clamping device. The
traction machine provides a stable traction force to pull the product through
the mold, and its speed can be precisely adjusted according to the production
process. The clamping device is used to fix the products and prevent slippage
or displacement during the traction process.
Cutting system: An automatic cutting device is adopted to cut the pull-out products
according to the set length. The cutting device has a high cutting speed and
precision, which can ensure a smooth and flat cutting surface without affecting
the performance of the product.

achieve automated operation, significantly enhancing production efficiency. It
is suitable for large-scale production of FRP pultruded products.
