CJZ275 SERIES MUNTIFUNCTION CHOCOLATE MOULDING MACHINE

CJZ275 Multifunctional chocolate moudling machine absorbs the advanced technology of the international famed brand manufacturing company; this machine applies PLC hi-tech system control and adopts pneumatic components as the main part. It is a new generation of chocolate food machinery which suits for the small and medium-sized food company. This machine is designed according to the
international standard, it can stand-alone or combine the production lines to produce various types of granular and chocolate bar, such as one or two color (Stripe or up and down) chocolate, chocolate with filling, pure chocolate,chocolate with chopped nuts,and other types of granular and nubbly chocolate.

Features:-

1. Chocolate moulds standard size is 275x175mm, or other size as per design.

2. Chocolate depositing any quantitative scope of regulation from 3-15 g or other weight as per the mould design.

3. One shot technology with standard 32-bit pistons, any combination or adjustment of the holes can be made to cast.

4. Heat cycle insulation system to set the temperature control automatically.

5. Chocolate material construction containers.

6. Automatic ejection device can be equipped.
