Molybdenum plates are widely used in the construction of molds and parts furnaces, high-purity molybdenum plates for electron beam sputtering targets, ion implanter parts, and semiconductor heat dissipation components. The purity of the slab is required to be greater than 99.99%, the density is greater than 9.8g/cm3, and the grain size is 2000~3000 pieces/mm2, smooth surface, no cracks, no unevenness.

Product process
First, molybdenum slab (raw material) for the corresponding inspection, in the hot rolling treatment, leveling, and annealing after the good.
The next line of alkali washing, in the inspection, is to determine whether there is a problem, no problem after rolling.
The next step is vacuum annealing, then inspection, no problem after cold rolling, in further leveling, shear, vacuum annealing, in the second inspection, no problem after packaging.
