Metal crusher, also known as metal grinder, is a professional machine that processes large-sized metal materials into ideal requirements.

According to the size of the crushed material, the pulverizer can be divided into coarse crusher, medium crusher, fine grinder, and ultrafine grinder.

This equipment is mainly composed of a motor, casing, frame, combined helical tooth cutter head, driving shaft, driven shaft, large and small gears, and other parts.

There are four kinds of external forces applied to solids during the crushing process: rolling, shearing, impact, and grinding.

Working Principle

The core working principle of the metal crusher is to use the basic principle of hammer hitting. Driven by the high-speed and high-torque motor, the hammerheads on the rotor of the main machine hit the objects to be broken into the cavity in turn. Through the space formed between the liner and the hammerhead, the object to be crushed is torn into the crushed object of our required specification.

According to the working condition of the equipment, we can divide it into a dry system, a wet system, and a semi-wet system.

The dry system mainly means that the broken materials must pass through the air rotary sorting system, where metal and non-metal are separated, and the whole system is equipped with a dust removal device.

The wet system means that the materials are sprayed with water while they are broken, and they are washed with water while sorting.

The semi-wet system only sprays a small amount of water when crushing is needed to prevent dust and is not cleaned.
