Application:

Used for virus specimens such as virusoid, viroid and virion, such as influenza virus, avian influenza virus, coronavirus, measles virus and other virus specimens, and also suitable for microbial specimens between viruses and bacteria, Such as the collection, storage and transportation of chlamydia and mycoplasma.

System composition:

This system is mainly composed of storage tube, preservation solution, microbeads and swab. The reasonable and stable osmotic pressure and reasonable pH of the preservation solution lay the foundation for the storage and transportation of collected samples.

Usage:

1. According to different requirements, choose the correct sampling tube and swab. 2. Tear open the package, use a swab to stay in the pharynx or nasal cavity and slowly unscrew or wipe both sides of the pharynx or the back wall of the pharynx. 3. Insert the swab into the preservation solution of the sampling tube and immerse the swab head in the preservation solution. 4. Break the swab at the breaking point. 5. The newly collected samples should be transported to the laboratory at 2-8 ℃ and tested within 72 hours.
