The company was established in 2009, which is the continuation of precision casting at the Zhangchu Center, and has rich casting production experience, advantages such as simple casting production process, short production cadence, compact cycle, and precise size control. The casting plant has a construction area of 4,800 square meters, including 3,800 square metres of plant, 110 square metres in offices and 100 square metres warehouse. The machining area is 4,000 square meters. The main products are railway, automobile and other steel castings, with an annual output of 4000 T. The main technology is that the coated sand is injected into the hot mold, the molten steel is injected into the mold shell by electric furnace smelting, and then the burr is removed by sandblasting. According to the processing technical requirements, machining is carried out in suitable processing equipment. The company undertakes product design and development of cast steel parts, and can also provide raw material processing of cast steel roughs and product parts. The company produces and develops various types of common cast steel (25#, 35#, 45#), high manganese steel, high chrome steel, alloy steel castings containing various rare metals, and can design solutions to casting weight reduction projects according to customer needs. Our products can be produced as small as 100 grams and as large as several tons.
