SUMMARY AND EXPLANATION OF THE TEST
MDMA is an abbreviation for the chemical methylenedioxymeth MDMA. It has street many name including Ecstasy, X, XTC, E, love Doves,Clarity,Adam,Disco Biscuits and Shamrocks,etc.it is a stimulant with hallucinogenic tendencies,described as an empathogen as it releases mood-altering chemicals,such as cartooning and L-dopa,in the brain and may generate feelings of love and friendliness.MDMA is a Class A drug,in the same category as heroin and cocaine.The adverse effects of MDMA use include elevated blood pressure, hyperthermia,anxiety,paranoia,and insomnia.Overdoses of MDMA can be fatal,often resulting in heart failure or heart stoke.
MDMA belongs to a family of man-made drugs;its relatives include MDA (methylenedioxy MDMA),the parent drug of MDMA,and MDEA (methylenedioxyethyl MDMA),also know as EVE.They all share the MDMA-like effects.MDMA is administered either by oral ingestion or intravenous injection.MDMA tablets come in different sizes and colors,and often have logos such as doves on them.Its clinical dose is 50-100mg;the threshold toxic dose is 500mg.The effects of MDMA begin 30 minutes after intake.They peak in an hour and last for 2-3 hours.Sixty five percent (65%) of MDMA is excreted unchanged in urine: it is detectible in the urine for up to 3 days after use.
ASSAY PROCEDURE
FOR STRIP TEST:
- Bring all materials and specimens to room temperature.
- Remove test strip from the sealed foil pouch.
- Dip the test strip into the urine sample with the arrows pointing toward the specimen.
- The urine level should reach the maximum line marked on the strip,but must not exceed the maximum line.
- Hold the strip in the urine until a reddish color appears at the lower edge of the test membrane (approximately 10 seconds).
- Withdraw the strip and place it face up on a clean, dry surface.
- Read the result between 3 - 8 minutes after adding the sample.
FOR CARD TEST:
- Bring all materials and specimens to room temperature.
- Remove test card from the sealed foil pouch.
- Place the test card on a flat dry surface.
- Using the provided plastic dropper,dispense 3 drops of urine sample to the sample well of the test card. Start timing.
- Read result between 3-8 minutes after adding the sample.
READING THE TEST RESULTS
Read test results between 3-8 minutes.Do not interpret results after 8 minutes.
NEGATIVE Two (2) pink/purple bands form. In addition to the control band,a pink/purple band also appears in the test region.
Note: This immunoassay is a screening test. A negative result indicates the drug level is below the detection sensitivity.It is important to understand that concentrations of the drug below cut off may cause a faint "ghost line!± to form in the test region.This "ghost line!± should be considered a negative result.
POSITIVE One (1) pink/purple band appears in the control region.No band is found in the test region.This is an indication that the drug level is above the detection sensitivity level.
INVALID If there is no pink/purple band in the control area of the strip,the test result is invalid.Retest the sample using a new device/strip.

Q1: What's the method u use to do the test?
A: Colloidal Gold Method.
Q2: What's ur MOQ ?
A: Always, for strip format, the MOQ is 5000pcs. While for cassette format, MOQ is 2000pcs, same as midstream.
Q3: What's ur packing of the tests?
A: If u choose the low cost, we will suggest u the bulk packing to go. Which means 1 test in a single pouch, then 100/40 pouches in a plastic bag, 50 bags in a carton. If u need to sell in pharmacy/chain shop or some countries which have strict requirements about the packing, u can choose to pack in a box, like 100pcs in a box, or even 1 test in a single box.
Q4: What's the main differences when comparing products from different suppliers?
A: U can compare the mainly features of the test: Accuracy, Sensitivity, Specificity, and then the Price.
Q5: Some tests can be tested with serum/plasma or with whole blood, so what's the difference?
A: Well, if the specimen is whole blood, people will need buffer, lancet and alcohol swab to help the test. If they buy all the accessories, they can test very easily at home. But if the specimen is serum/plasma, it will need centrifuge to separate serum from whole blood first. This way, it's better to use at lab or hospital. And in some words, serum/plasma test will always give a more accurate results.
Q6: How can i distinguish a good test kit?
A: U can judge from the 4facts:Technical data: Such as the accuracy, specificity and sensitivity.
Pouch sealing: Tight enough. If the foil pouch is not sealed well, the humidity in circustance will destroy the reactivity of antibodies labeled on NC membrane. Shelf life will be shorten down.
Flow speed: The shorter the better?? NO!! The reaction of antibodies on NC membrane and antigens in specimen usually requires quite a while to work sufficiently. U can refer to the instruction for more accurate time.
Background: Good test usually gives clean background after running. If there are red smears in the reading window, it usually caused by bad colloidal gold technology or bad NC membrane. Sometimes, the defect caused false positive result in practice
