MDF

MDF,It is known as the density fiberboard, which is by breaking down hardwood or softwood residuals into wood fiber, often in a defibrator, combining it with wax and a resin binder, and forming it into panels by applying high temperature and pressure.

The density of mdf differ a lot,the thinner one with a higher density,the thicker mdf with a lower density.The nominal density of the medium density fiberboard range is 630kg / m3--880kg / m3

Due to the uniform structure, the performance is stable, the mdf are widely used as building materials.Also It is widely in making slatwall panels,peg board.

According to it’s function,there is common mdf,moisture resistant mdf,fire resistant mdf.
