LV Solid-State Soft Starter (HGRJ Series) | 380–660V Motor Soft Start/Stop

 The HGRJ series high-voltage motor solid-state soft starter is a soft-starting device designed for starting high-voltage (6000V~10000V) AC asynchronous or synchronous motors. It involves connecting three-phase anti-parallel thyristor components and electronic control equipment between the stator winding of the high-voltage motor and the power supply. During motor startup, the thyristor conduction angles are controlled according to a certain pattern (such as constant current or voltage ramp), and the input voltage to the motor stator winding is continuously adjusted until it reaches full voltage. After startup is complete, the bypass contactor is engaged. Additionally, the HGRJ series high-voltage motor solid-state soft starter features a "soft stop" function. During soft stopping, the voltage of the motor stator winding is smoothly reduced, thereby preventing sudden stalling of the drive.
