LHCI-110 environmentally friendly chromium mist inhibitor is an efficient and does not contain the international PFOS series of fluorocarbon surfactants. It has good high temperature resistance, oxidation resistance and electrolytic stability during the production of chromium electroplating. It can effectively reduce the concentration of chromic acid in the electroplating workshop, inhibit the volatilization of acid mist, improve the working environment in the electroplating workshop, and reduce costs.

 

Instructions

Add LHCI-110: 0.1ml-0.4ml to each liter of electrolytic bath solution, and increase the amount appropriately for the first use (try to add 20%-30% more when the coverage is complete for the first time) to make the solvent reach a supersaturated state, which can be consumed in the future The situation is added in batches. )

 

When using, be sure to pay attention to the excessive amount of cylinder opening (or addition amount), for example, after adding the chromium mist inhibitor to the surface of the electroplating tank, continue to add an excessive amount of 30% of the original amount to maintain the chromium mist inhibitor. It is always in an excessive state. As time goes by, the foam gradually consumes slowly, and the surface of the electroplating bath is empty (there is no foam space). At this time, it is necessary to add a chromium mist inhibitor. After the foam is covered, add an additional amount of 30 %, and so on.
