Laboratory salmonella Typhoid IgG/IgM rapid test cassette
One Step rapid test kit typhoid test is an acute intestinal infectious diseases caused by Salmonella typhi, also known as typhoid fever (enteric fever), typhoid fever; enteric fever. Sustained bacteremia and sepsis, proliferative response of mononuclear phagocyte system to lower ileum mainly lymphoid tissue hyperplasia, swelling, necrosis and ulceration of the basic pathological features. The typical clinical manifestations include persistent fever, systemic toxic symptoms and gastrointestinal symptoms, relative bradycardia, rose rash, hepatosplenomegaly, leukopenia. Intestinal bleeding, intestinal perforation is the most serious complication that may occur.
TEST PROCEDURE
1. Open a pouch containing a cassette, lay the cassette.
2. Using the plastic pipettor provided, draw two or three drops of sample into the sample well of the cassette.
3.Read results within 15 minutes. Do not read results after 20 minutes.

INTERPRETATION OF RESULTS
Negative: Only one pink band appears on test region of the Cassette. This indicates that there is no detectable anti-TP in the serum.
Positive: Two pink bands appear on test region of the Cassette. This indicates that the specimen contains detectable amount of anti-TP.
Invalid: If without colored band appears on test region, this is an indication of a possible error in performing the test. The test should be repeated using a new device.
